What makes FIT4MOM different from other fitness programs?

We are moms just like you! We understand the power and vulnerability of motherhood and seek to encourage and uplift one another. We believe that mothers have the power to cultivate healthy homes and inspire their families and children to a lifestyle of health and joy. We meet to workout and stay to play and build friendships for ourselves and the little loves who make us moms.

What should I bring to class?

  • A sturdy stroller (doesn't have to be a jogging stroller but umbrella strollers are not recommended)
  • A water bottle
  • Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely and even break a sweat
  • A yoga mat or a towel/blanket
  • A smile!
