Stroller Strides® is a stroller based fitness program designed for moms with their babies. It includes power walking with intervals of cardio, strength, core conditioning, and stretching using rubber resistance tubing, the stroller, and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors who are also moms, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Instructors also weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to their roles as mothers. We recommend waiting until your baby is at least 6 weeks of age to begin class. Always consult your doctor before beginning this or any kind of exercise program.

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercise designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone while improving posture. Created in collaboration with a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing body toning results in an engaging, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles as well as stretched, weakened back and hamstrings muscles. This occurs due to the daily physical demands of motherhood, poor posture, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking up that new (and rapidly growing) baby. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy! Stroller Barre® classes are included in all Stroller Strides® memberships.

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for women who want to reclaim their bodies, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring, supportive, and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, support and motivation in every class with nationally-certified staff.more

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery, and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.

Fit4Baby® instructors are trained and certified in prenatal fitness so they are fully equipped to lead a pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. Fit4Baby® classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, balance and core conditioning, and stretching.

Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health. We encourage each member of any FIT4MOM® program to seek their physician's approval before starting this or any exercise program.

If you've wondered what it's like to cross the finish line and feel the amazing accomplishment of running a 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon, join us for Running Club! Running Club is back and ready to run into 2016! Running Club is the perfect way to start running for the first time if don't know where to start, or maybe you are looking to get in some extra cardio into your fitness routine or maybe you want the companionship of some running accountability!

FIT4MOM Running Club is starting on May 20th at 7:30 am! Led by a certified pre and postnatal fitness instructor, you'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and the importance of being in the right shoe for you. This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to ANYONE, not just FIT4MOM clients. There is a discount for spouses/partners as well so you can make it a family event!

We will provide the training schedules so you can train for a 5k, 10k or a half marathon! We will meet every Saturday morning at 8 am and we run rain or shine. We will warm-up on the North Creek Trail under the big tree behind the Police Station

Costs are as follows:

  • 5k/10k - $50/$75 for the first family member, add $35 for the second family member. This training finishes in time for the Columbia Winery Charity Walk & Run to benefit Seattle Children's Hospital Uncompensated Care and we hope you'll join us!

If you are planning on running a race while in Running Club, please register for your desired race as soon as possible, as prices do increase and races do sell out.

Price includes informative handouts, training schedule specific to your race and fitness level, team support and motivation. Cost of your race is not included.

There are as many reasons to run as there are runners so why will you run and how will you amaze yourself as you move? You have all that it takes to cross that finish line and accomplish your running goals.

Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring, powerful, and supportive environment. Body Back® clients participate in targeted high-intensity workouts and receive inspiration and motivation in every class. When classes are done in conjunction with founder Lisa Druxman's Mama Wants Her Body Back meal plan moms have a surefire combination for success. Special 4 week seasonal session!

What Does Body Back® Include?

  • 2 Workouts per week in a small group format
