Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery, and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.
Fit4Baby® instructors are trained and certified in prenatal fitness so they are fully equipped to lead a pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. Fit4Baby® classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, balance and core conditioning, and stretching.
Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health. We encourage each member of any FIT4MOM® program to seek their physician's approval before starting this or any exercise program.more
If you've wondered what it's like to cross the finish line and feel the amazing accomplishment of running a 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon, join us for Running Club! Running Club is back and ready to run into 2016! Running Club is the perfect way to start running for the first time if don't know where to start, or maybe you are looking to get in some extra cardio into your fitness routine or maybe you want the companionship of some running accountability!
FIT4MOM Running Club is starting on May 28th at 8am! Led by a certified pre and post natal fitness instructor, you'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and the importance of being in the right shoe for you. This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to ANYONE, not just FIT4MOM clients. There is a discount for spouses/partners as well so you can make it a family event!
We will provide the training schedules so you can train for a 5k, 10k or a half marathon! We will meet every Saturday morning at 8 am and we run rain or shine. We will warm-up on the North Creek Trail under the big tree behind the Police Station

If you are planning on running a race while in Running Club, please register for your desired race as soon as possible, as prices do increase and races do sell out.
Price includes informative handouts, training schedule specific to your race and fitness level, team support and motivation. Cost of your race is not included.

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms who are ready to take their body back, whether they recently had a baby or their last child was born many years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring, powerful, and supportive environment. Body Back® clients participate in targeted high-intensity workouts and receive inspiration and motivation in every class.
