FIT4MOM is the country's largest fitness program for moms offering pre and post-natal fitness classes for every stage of motherhood.

At FIT4MOM Mill Creek & Lynnwood, we understand the demands of motherhood and life and we want to help you make strides in all you do. We offer much more than just a workout - we offer fitness, health, support, and community. Come and see for yourself!

In addition to our classes, we also offer weekly playgroups, monthly Moms' Nights Out and regular activities for your family through Our Village (sign up at the link in the sidebar). We also seek out ways to give back to our local community together through Moms on a Mission. Membership to Our Village is absolutely free!

Let's Sweat and Shop! Join us for a specialty mini Stroller Strides class at Lululemon Alderwood Mall then stay to enjoy some refreshments and exclusive shopping after with mommy friends! There will be a raffle for a new pair of pants! Never tried Stroller Strides but wanted to? Here's a great opportunity to try it out! Stroller StridesĀ® Stroller StridesĀ® is a stroller based fitness program designed for moms with their babies. It includes power walking with intervals of cardio, strength, core conditioning, and stretching using rubber resistance tubing, the stroller, and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors who are also moms, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Instructors also weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to their roles as mothers. We recommend waiting until your baby is at least 6 weeks of age to begin class. Always consult your doctor before beginning this or any kind of exercise program.
